1.) Account Setup / Email on File
We will set up your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partners have screened the order for fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address that is not @ the domain(s) you are registering with. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address on file is up to date at all times. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. On dedicated server purchases or high-risk transactions, it will be necessary to provide a government-issued ID and possibly a scan of the credit card used for the purchase. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the order being considered fraudulent and denied.
Transfers
Our transfer team will do our best to assist you in moving your site to us, however, we cannot guarantee the transfer process. We provide this as a courtesy service and cannot guarantee its availability or the amount of time it may take as each host is set up a little differently. We will do our best, however, in some cases we may not be able to assist you in a data transfer from an old host.
2.) Purchase Instructions
Make sure the phone number is correct. Make sure the phone number corresponds to an account that has at least one vehicle linked to it. By default, the subscription will be activated or renewed for the first vehicle linked to the phone number. If the phone number is incorrect or there are no vehicles linked, the current user’s vehicle will be charged. For any other issues, please contact us at hello@bydsentry.com.
Dear user:
1. The current purchase is for a membership service fee, which includes the following functions: AI detection annotation, vehicle USB power supply, vehicle TF card mounting, remote viewing of Smart Sentinel software status, and webcast player client functionality. (We do not provide a media streaming server service. The test channel is for internal testing only and may be discontinued at any time. We are not responsible for the security and privacy of data on the test channel. After testing, please use your own media streaming server.)
2. The products and services does not support testing period and there are no refunds.
3. Currently, compatibility with multimedia systems is known until June 2024. Future systems will be adapted as much as possible, but due to limitations in the vehicle system firmware, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all future system firmware updates. If there are no specific problems, we do not recommend updating the multimedia system version via OTA. Inability to use the software due to system updates will not result in a refund.
4. Users should note that the use of the vehicle’s USB power supply and network data transmission may increase the vehicle’s electrical consumption. The continuous operation of hardware such as the vehicle camera, USB circuits, and battery may reduce their lifespan or cause damage. Any problems arising from these factors are the user’s responsibility and we assume no responsibility for compensation or refunds.
5. Users must use this software product and its functions in accordance with national laws and regulations, without engaging in illegal, non-compliant, or unlawful activities. The software must not be used for any illegal purpose, and any legal consequences resulting from its misuse are the sole responsibility of the user.

Terms And Conditions Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Terms And Conditions at any time. If we decide to change our Terms And Conditions, we will post updates to this Terms And Conditions here and any other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
If we make material changes to this Terms And Conditions, we will notify you here, by email, or by means of a notice through our Site, at least ten (10) calendar days before the changes become effective.
